We like to encourage pupil voice and responsibility for the school and have a number of roles that children can volunteer to do from year 1 up to our Year 6 special roles. 

These include:

Prefects - 4 Year 6 students who lead our celebration assembly and take responsibility for writing and presenting our weekly awards.

Sports Captains - 4 Year 6 students who collect sports points each week in assembly and take responsibility for equipment at playtimes and lunchtimes. 

Worship Team - a small number of children from diamond class help to lead our pupil-led worship during the year. 

Photographer and News reporter - These children take photos and write short reports about school events including photographing the children who achieve their 'star of the week'. 

School Council - 1 child is elected from each class from year 1-6.

Eco Team - 1 child is elected from each class from year 1-6.

Ruby class Buddies - Our year 5 and 6 children have Reception and Nursery buddies and help these children with the transition to the main playground and support them at playtimes and lunchtimes.
