Our Governors

Our Governors come from a mixture of backgrounds, some parents, some with links to the Church, some with the local authority and some from the staff at School.

It is the Governors job to provide strategic leadership and accountability at Spellbrook Primary School and they work alongside the headteacher to ensure the school manages its resources and supports school leadership.

There are lots of ways the Governors help the School to make sure children achieve to the best of their potential.  School information is analysed throughout the year during committee meetings and the Governors help to ensure that targets are being met and extra assistance or training is being provided where needed.
